Warrants issued at the county are usually for lesser offenses such as failing to show up for court on traffic violations, bail bonds, failure to pay court fees/fines, domestic offenses, etc.

Nationwide-Active Warrants search is conducted Nationwide for any outstanding extraditable warrants in the United States and is conducted through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database maintained by the FBI.

This search includes all individuals who have outstanding and extraditable Federal and State warrants. Extraditable warrants are usually issued for more serious felony offenses such as bank robbery, violent crimes, sex offenses, military desertions, terrorist activities, etc. This warrants search can also include outstanding county warrants that have been elevated to the nationwide level.
