| On-site criminal records are conducted by our qualified court records researcher. Our criminal record search is conducted for a minimum of 7 years criminal record history. We will provide court records for more than 7 years if they are available. Records are provided directly from the courts. Criminal records can be searched at the county or statewide level depending on the state being searched. Statewide criminal records are NOT available in the following states: AK, AR, CA, DE, ID, LA, MA, NV, NH, ND, RI, TN, VT, WV and WY. Benefits of this Product
